About me
Dr Stacy Hackner is an interdisciplinary researcher who has worked with human remains in the British Museum, the Museum of London, and the UCL Pathology Museum, among others. Her work broadly covers feminist and decolonial archaeology, the role of women in society, and lower leg biomechanics. More recently, she has taught history of science and creative wellbeing, researching how museum objects can be used to promote health and happiness, and bringing subjective sensory experiences back into research environments.
