About me
Hello, I'm Mark Goodenough, Nueva '79, and I had my first known exposure to neuro-diversity in the Upper Elementary at The Mansion and have made this topic my life's work. Nueva was by far the most impactful educational and personal experience of my life, far eclipsing later exploits at the University of Georgia and then Vermont Law School. I have taught at public and private high schools as well as one that specialized in students that are neuro-diverse, led the University of California-Berkeley's Social Skills program at Blue Camp, and I am the Co-Executive Director of Moving Foward Towards Independence in Napa, an independent living skills program for adults. "Onward with optimism" and "find the good and praise it" are my lodestars in life and work and I am bursting with enthusiasm for and experience in helping people recognize and develop their unique organizational skills and assist them on the individual life path! What do you have to lose with this session other than 75 minutes? :-)
