Learn the secret to the bubbly, chewy Neapolitan-style pizza crust by making the dough from scratch! Then hand-stretch your own pizza crust before baking it in our outdoor pizza oven. Leave with a personal pizza and dough to bake another pizza at home.

*This class takes place OFF CAMPUS at Baking Arts in San Mateo. Transportation options include the CalTrain or driving (no Nueva van provided). This class is not suitable for students with nut allergies.
