Learn how to make French Macarons from scratch - with a salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache filling. Fundamental skills will cover weighing ingredients, proper mixing methods, piping, decorating and baking.

*This class takes place OFF CAMPUS at Baking Arts in San Mateo. Transportation options include the CalTrain or driving (no Nueva van provided). This class is not suitable for students with nut allergies.
